Shipping Terms and Conditions

Wedding Tiara Headpiece Information: All wedding tiaras are available without veils only. Metal pieces are silver-plated and may tarnish. We suggest that you wrap your wedding tiara in plastic until your wedding date.

Shipping Information: DOMESTIC ONLY, Orders are shipped via UPS ground.

Delivery Time: Regular orders for in stock tiaras will be shipped within 2-5 business days after order is placed.

Payment Information: We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card, checks, or money orders. If you choose to pay by check, please note that your order will not be processed until the payment is received and checks are cleared.

If you are paying by credit card, you can enter your credit card information on our secure server during checkout. You can also call us at 1-866-210-5255 (toll free) to give your payment information.

Returns: Once you receive your order you have 3 days to look it over and decide if you wish to keep it. All returns must be authorized and postmarked within 7 days of receipt, and are subject to inspection. Items returned to us, with a postmark later than 7 days after delivery, will not be accepted for refund. Please open your shipment immediately! *This means that if your wedding is canceled, your dress arrives in a different color, or you change your mind, we are terribly sorry but we cannot accept a return after 7 days. A restocking fee of 15% may be charged to your account. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

We go to great efforts to pack your order securely, and we ask that you extend us the same courtesy with your return. We must receive your return in the original, new condition. We suggest you insure them for the loss or damage, by the carrier, as we cannot give you a refund if it arrives damaged in any way.

We will replace any item that is found to be defective, with an identical item, provided we are notified of the defect within 3 days of delivery to you. After 3 days we will no longer be responsible for defects found. Please inspect your headpiece carefully upon receipt.

Refusals:If you refuse a delivery, a charge of $25 will be added to your account.

Notice: We make every effort to guarantee availability of styles for the catalog season. Sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances, modifications may be necessary at any time.
